2,500+ Games with Fast Trustly Withdrawals
Betreels has been running since 2016, operated by ProgressPlay Limited and fully licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (account 39335). It holds dual regulation — UKGC and Malta Gaming Authority — which adds solid credibility on the compliance front. It’s a no-frills casino and sportsbook that focuses on doing the basics well: a huge game library, sensible bonus terms, and clean banking. Not the flashiest brand on the market, but reliable and well-stocked for UK players.
Welcome Bonus
As of October 2026, new players get a 25% match up to £50 plus 30 free spins on Book of Dead on a first deposit of £10 or more, made through the casino cashier. Wagering is 10x on both the bonus and the free-spin winnings — the maximum the UK Gambling Commission now allows — though only bonus-balance play counts and game weighting is harsh outside slots: table games and jackpots contribute 10%, video poker 5%. The sting is in the conversion caps: you can only ever bank 1x the original bonus amount from the match, and £20 from the spins, so this is a small, low-risk offer rather than a bankroll builder. The bonus expires 30 days after being credited and the spin winnings after 7. Skrill and Neteller deposits don’t qualify, and requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active voids it — clear your wagering first.
Casino Games
Over 2,500 games sit in the Betreels lobby, making it one of the bigger catalogues in the ProgressPlay network. Slots dominate, but there’s a solid selection of table games, video poker, and live dealer titles — plus a sportsbook and bingo lounge for variety. Live dealer fans are well covered with Evolution Gaming tables. The lobby is well-organised with category filters, so finding what you’re after doesn’t require scrolling through hundreds of titles. RTP information is available on individual game descriptions.
Banking
UK players can deposit and withdraw via PayPal, Apple Pay, Trustly, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. Credit cards are blocked for UK players under UKGC rules. Skrill and Neteller are not available in Great Britain. Withdrawals are processed within 1 business day by Betreels — after that, expect 3–7 days to card or PayPal, or around 3 days via Trustly. If speed matters, Trustly is the fastest route. Note that Betreels charges a withdrawal fee of 1%, capped at £3 per withdrawal — small, but unusual at a UKGC casino, so bundle withdrawals rather than making several small ones. Transactions are processed by Babaloo Limited and may appear on statements under ProgressPlay Limited.
Mobile Experience
Betreels is fully browser-based — no app needed. The site is responsive and performs well on both iOS and Android via Safari and Chrome. Navigation is clean on smaller screens, games load quickly on mobile data, and the full cashier is accessible on mobile. Deposits and withdrawals work identically to desktop. The lack of a dedicated app isn’t a drawback given how solid the mobile browser experience is.
Customer Support
Support runs 24/7 via live chat, email, and a contact form. The onsite help centre covers the most common questions around bonuses, banking, and account verification — worth a browse before opening a chat. Live chat response times are generally fast, typically under 3 minutes during peak hours based on testing across the ProgressPlay network. The 24/7 coverage is a genuine plus for UK players across different time zones.
Verdict
Betreels is a solid, dependable casino from the ProgressPlay stable. The 2,500+ game library is the headline feature; the welcome offer is small and tightly capped, but at 10x wagering it is at least cheap to clear. Fast Trustly withdrawals and 24/7 support round out a respectable package. Best suited for players who want a large catalogue and no-nonsense banking. Just remember — withdraw only after clearing your bonus wagering, or you’ll lose it.
